Perio Partners is growing, we have a new doctor and a new space so we need more people in our team. We are HIRING a Full-time Dental Administrator.

As the first person to greet our patients, you will be the voice and face of our clinic. Inspirational, innovative, and entrepreneurial - this is how we describe our empowered team.

Make an impact with our team as a Receptionist. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the clinic.

Duties You Will Love Doing
  • Checking the daily schedule for accuracy and opportunities
  • Providing information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
  • Establishing and facilitating long‑term patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behavior
  • Gathering and accurately recording medical, personal, and insurance information from patients; ensure this information is updated for existing patients.
  • Accurately filing new and existing patient information
  • Managing recall and inactive patient system
  • Performing basic administrative duties
  • Ensuring the reception area is maintained
