What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and maintain reliable and accurate short-term and long-term demand forecasts based on sales data, promotions, seasonality, and market intelligence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment on demand forecasts
• Analyze demand patterns, market trends, and customer behaviors to identify risks and opportunities
• Track and report on forecast accuracy and demand planning KPIs, making necessary adjustments to forecasts
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for demand planning systems and tools, contributing to process improvements

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a relevant quantitative field
• 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis
• Proven experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, and data/forecasting KPI analysis
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting methodologies and complex statistical models
• Experience with replenishment/demand planning software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA, Blue Ridge)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master’s degree or professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or IBF CPF
• Experience in retail, CPG, or distribution environments with S&OP experience
• Strong execution skills with the ability to work both strategically and tactically
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
