This role is responsible for leading the full-funnel demand generation strategy and execution to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth. You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including email, paid media, webinars, events, and partner activations, ensuring alignment with sales and product priorities. The position requires hands‑on execution combined with strategic thinking, managing the campaign calendar, ABM initiatives, competitive campaigns, and pipeline reporting. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and agencies, while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency, insights, and creative testing. This role is ideal for a results‑oriented marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment, balancing creativity, analytics, and operational discipline. The successful candidate will shape how the company engages target audiences and drives measurable business impact.

Accountabilities
  • Own the campaign calendar, planning and sequencing campaigns to support ICP focus, product priorities, and sales objectives
  • Design and execute segmented and ABM campaigns for high‑value accounts and key buyer segments
  • Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution across paid media, email, content, webinars, events, and sales enablement
  • Run competitive and tactical campaigns to support sales motions, win‑back initiatives, and pipeline acceleration
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure campaigns are actionable and drive follow‑up, personalization, and opportunity progression
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing based on KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline value, and CAC
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns launch on time and on brand
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate audience research, creative iteration, personalization, and performance analysis
Requirements
  • 4–6+ years of experience leading integrated demand generation campaigns in B2B SaaS or similar environments
  • Demonstrated experience owning campaign calendars tied directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Expertise planning and executing multi‑touch campaigns from awareness to sales handoff
  • Experience with ABM, vertical campaigns, or sales‑aligned demand programs targeting priority accounts or segments
  • Comfortable running competitive and tactical campaigns in fast‑moving markets
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing agencies, timelines, and stakeholders while remaining hands‑on
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI to improve campaign velocity, creative quality, and insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams
