Job description

Are you looking for a stable, hands-on role with no shift work or Sundays, and year-round employment? Consolidated Gypsum Supply Ltd. is currently seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Delivery/Warehouse Material Handler to join our Saskatoon team.

This dual-role position involves both operating a delivery truck and working within our warehouse to ensure the safe and efficient handling of building materials.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Operate a Class 5 F550 delivery truck and propane-powered forklift
• Load/unload and deliver building materials to residential, commercial, and industrial sites
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and on-site hazard assessment
• Pick and assemble orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with order pick-ups
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and delivery vehicle
  
  

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract (no more than two minor violations)
• Previous experience driving delivery trucks and operating forklifts or similar machinery
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and on uneven surfaces
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Must provide a satisfactory criminal record check
