About the role

Clutch is looking for a Delivery Associate to join our Field Operations team! You could be a good fit if you are hard working, organized, and driven with a keen attention to detail. In this position, you will play a key role in maximizing Clutch’s ability to quickly list newly acquired vehicles our clients have purchased or traded in.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle condition and report any damage or visual issues.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle, both interior and exterior.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating vehicles.
  • Provide excellent customer service during interactions, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanour.
  • Flexibly respond to changing schedules and assignments, including weekends or extended hours if required.
  • Support our Last Mile and Field Operation team in ensuring client vehicles are up to our quality standards.
