A recycling company in Winnipeg is seeking physically able individuals to handle materials in various weather conditions. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. No prior experience is necessary, but a background in manufacturing or similar environments is advantageous. This role is physically demanding and requires working in various weather conditions. Working in conveyor picking stations, removing unwanted material from the product stream. Each day or evening shift, you will engage in a range of tasks that focus on efficiently preparing materials for loading and unloading. This includes organizing supplies, ensuring that everything is in optimal condition, and coordinating with team members to facilitate a smooth workflow. It’s a dynamic position that necessitates strength, stamina, and attention to detail.
