DATA ENTRY CLERK.

Downtown Vancouver | $19 - $22/hour + full benefits

Endeavor Trust Corporation is a provincially regulated financial institution and transfer agent in downtown Vancouver. We work behind the scenes of the Canadian securities market — supporting public and private companies with share transactions, financings, corporate actions, and shareholder record management.

We are hiring a Data Entry Clerk to support our Securities Operations team. This is an entry-level role well-suited to someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with computers and confidential information. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Enter and update sensitive personal information accurately and confidentially.
  • Process stock-related transactions using internal software and follow established procedures.
  • File, scan, photocopy, and organize documents (both physical and electronic).
  • Prepare outgoing documents for courier, mail, and client delivery.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfort working with computers and learning new systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.

Nice-to-Have:

  • 6-12 months of office, administrative or data entry experience.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Work Schedule
  • Full-time, onsite (not remote).
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $19 - $22 /hour (approximately $40,000–$46,000/year based on full-time hours), depending on experience.
