Job Duties:

· Prepare variety of food items in accordance with standardized recipes

· Inspect the kitchen and work area

· Clean and sanitize the kitchen and work area

· Oversee kitchen operations

· Maintain records and keep track of inventory of resources

· Request and order food ingredients, supplies, and equipment if required

· Plan menus and estimate food requirements and costs

· Participate in hiring and training kitchen staff
