A technology solutions provider is seeking a D365 Finance Functional Consultant to lead the implementation of D365 Finance solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, conducting workshops, and creating training materials to enhance the use of D365 solutions. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle D365 ERP implementations.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications; MB-310 is strongly preferred.
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

Leading the design and implementation of D365 F&O Finance solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and are aligned with overall IT strategy. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their requirements and translate them into effective and efficient solutions

  • Lead the end-to-end design of D365 F&O Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify process improvements, and map them to D365 capabilities.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify areas where standard D365 functionality meets or requires modification, then create a solution blueprint to guide the project.
  • Develop training materials and deliver sessions to help end-users understand and effectively use the new D365 solutions

Education/Work Experience

  • Proven experience in Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) with expertise in implementing the following modules: General Ledger, Cash & Bank, Advanced Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Invoice Capture, Project Management & Accounting, Management Reporter.
  • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle D365 ERP implementations.
  • Bachelor and/or Master's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications; MB-310 is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement/consulting skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills, and able to document system requirements and functional design.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a global team and demonstrate initiative and proactive approach to daily tasks.

Technical Skills

  • Familiar with implementing the following modules within D365:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Cash & Bank (Including Advanced Bank Reconciliation)
  • Project Management & Accounting

Other Skills

  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders to define scope, validate design decisions, and ensure project success.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the development team, providing guidance on functional specifications, unit and system test scripts, and ensuring solution quality.
