About the Company

Our client, a Canadian, family-owned successful business, is seeking to hire an ERP Business Analyst for a full‑time position (hybrid 3 days/week in Cambridge, Ontario office).

About the Opportunity

• This is a hands‑on techno‑functional business analyst for an upcoming D365 F&O implementation
• 40% Business user workshops on gathering requirements, discovery sessions on processes and workflows
• 40% Documentation of as‑is and to‑be processes, workflows, design specs, reporting requirements
• 20% Assist with QA/UAT, configuration, support, training

About You

• Proven experience with ERP implementations (Microsoft D365 F&O implementation in Finance/Supply Chain modules)
• Strong functional understanding of Financial and Supply Chain ERP business processes
• Experience with requirements gathering workshops, documentation, UAT, ERP configuration, reporting as it relates to ERP implementations
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Commute to Cambridge office 3 days/week
