Overview

Arobas Personnel is looking for a Cybersecurity Integrator for a mandate with a client located in Montréal.

Remote : Hybrid

Responsibilities

As a Cybersecurity Integrator, you will help mature the cybersecurity posture by strengthening processes, tools, and security best practices across the organization.

What will your day look like?

  • Implement, maintain, and enforce system security policies and procedures, including access management (IAM, MFA, RBAC, DLP).
  • Conduct research on new products, services, protocols, and standards (TLS, SSL, OAuth, Zero Trust, etc.).
  • Recommend, plan, and implement upgrades and security solutions (SIEM, EDR, XDR, NAC).
  • Deploy, manage, and maintain security systems such as:
    • Firewalls (Next-Generation Firewalls)
    • IDS/IPS technologies
    • Cryptography, PKI, HSM
    • Endpoint protection solutions (EDR, antivirus)
  • Monitor and analyze logs from servers, network appliances, IDS/IPS, and network traffic using log management/SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, etc.).
  • Test new security technologies and tools (sandboxing, vulnerability scanners, pentesting tools, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including:
    • Networking (TCP/IP, UDP, BGP, OSPF)
    • Encryption, digital signatures, certificates
    • System administration and hardening
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows, Unix/Linux, and VMware (vSphere, ESXi).
  • Experience with:
    • Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP
    • VLAN, L2/L3, NFS, DFS, SMB, SSH, SFTP
    • Network segmentation, VPN, IPSec, SSL-VPN
  • Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws (PIPEDA, etc.).
What sets you apart
  • Knowledge of standards and frameworks such as CGP, ITAR, NIST, DFARS, CMMC, ISO 27001, SOC 2.
  • Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CEH, Security+.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
