A global SaaS company is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator who will manage customer relationships, drive upselling opportunities, and ensure long-term success. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in customer success or sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong analytical mindset. This is a fully remote position with a base salary of $15,000 - $20,000 USD and uncapped commissions, leading to an expected OTE of $25,000 - $40,000 USD.
