This vacant role is for 19 months and may be based in Saskatoon, North Battleford, or Lloydminster. Travel around Saskatchewan will be required.

What you’ll do:
  • Demand generations and sales through helpful, virtual conversations.
  • Provide technical support during the season through the Product Support Centre, and help with technical issues in the off‑season.
  • Offer virtual on‑farm support to onboard, install, and troubleshoot Bayer’s precision agriculture tools (including FieldView/FV). You’ll help with data collection, connectivity issues, and show customers how to use our Digital Farming Solutions.
  • Work with your Squad (a small cross‑functional team) to meet team financial goals and customer outcomes.
  • Plan and prioritize work in short to long‑term cycles — adapt and iterate so the Squad keeps moving forward.
  • Share agronomic knowledge and use digital tools and data to position and support Bayer’s seed and crop protection.
  • Help build and maintain strong relationships with growers and prospective customers to protect and grow market share.
  • Support Squad activities like peer hiring, feedback, and maintaining a safe, inclusive work environment.
  • Create customer lead lists, do initial outreach, and assist with remote onboarding and engagement for new digital users.
Who you are:
  • BSc in Agriculture or a related field, with at least 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of local crop production and agronomy.
  • Comfortable using digital tools to collect, manage, and interpret data.
  • Flexible and adaptable — you can shift priorities as business needs change.
  • Strong communicator — clear in presentations, writing, listening, and virtual interactions.
  • A practical problem‑solver who can analyze complex situations and act with minimal supervision.
  • PAg (RTAg) or ability to acquire.
Nice‑to‑haves
  • Professional designations such as CCA, CCSC or OAQ.
  • Advanced computer and database skills, including MS Office and experience with CRM systems and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Bayer’s seed, crop protection, and digital offerings.
What we offer:
  • Competitive compensation and rewards package
  • Collaborative, diverse and inclusive culture
  • Career development and global opportunities
  • Work‑life flexibility programs such as flex hours, employee discounts, volunteer days, wellness, and other employee offerings
