Position Overview

This is more than a remote role—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll work with union members who havespecifically requestedto review their benefit options. Your job is to assist them, educate them, and ensure they fully understand the resources available to support their families.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with membersthrough phone calls or virtual meetings

  • Coordinating and leading scheduled benefit consultations

  • Explaining program details clearly and simply, without jargon

  • Completing digital documents and forms accurately

  • Providing follow-up communicationto maintain strong, ongoing relationships
