Overview

We are hiring a Customer Service Supervisor for a full-time position in Fredericton, NB, with a water treatment and distribution company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and thrives in a busy, client-focused environment. As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in supporting daily operations by helping customers in person, over the phone, and by email, while ensuring payments, orders, and scheduling are handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Act as a storefront cashier, assisting walk-in customers


• Support customers over the phone and email


• Communicate effectively with delivery drivers


• Schedule deliveries and service calls


• Receive and process payments, invoices, and orders


• Prepare and organize customer orders


• Take and relay phone messages clearly and professionally

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience


• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent


• Strong computer skills (Sage 50 / QuickBooks experience is an asset)


• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask


• Dependable, professional, and customer-focused


• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team


• Valid Canadian passport (required)
