Type : In-Office Full-Time

This role is for a Customer Service Representative (Counter Sales) in an in-branch, customer-centric setting. The position supports customer interactions and daily branch operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers while responding to telephone and email inquiries.
  • Resolve routine and occasionally complex issues acting as a liaison with other departments when necessary.
  • Provide backup support to the sales counter addressing product questions and order inquiries.
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently for cash accounts.
  • Address customer questions and account concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Identify potential service needs and refer business opportunities to the sales team when appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: High school diploma (required); college diploma (preferred).
  • 24 years of experience in a customer service, retail, or sales support role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication tools.
  • Ability to navigate internal systems and handle payment processing.
