We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in a community pharmacy that strives to make a positive impact on our customers’ quality of life. We are committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of our community by providing exceptional pharmaceutical care while ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.

This position is a full time position. Candidates should be accurate, enthusiastic, self motivated, independent, computer literate and organized with excellent communication and social skills and looking for a long term career. Responsibilities include working with the pharmacies various software programs, merchandising, filing, answering the phone, greeting customers, and handling POS transactions along with other duties in the pharmacy as required. All information will be held in strictest confidence.

  • have a proven attendance record
  • remain calm under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines; able to manage in a fast-paced environment
