What you’ll do
  • Process and manage incoming customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor and replenish order data in the automated system (including auto‑feed programs), ensuring seamless order tracking and fulfillment.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues in the order lifecycle, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate and reliable customer records to support business continuity and commercial targets.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve order‑related issues, and manage complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term relationships.
  • Participate in facility meetings and communicate relevant updates to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales and nutrition teams to set up customer programs that meet specific product and delivery requirements.
  • Handle both reactive and proactive advisory and commercial customer requests in alignment with company policies and service standards.

  • Ability to work on‑site all days/week at our Chilliwack location
