A leading industrial distributor is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service by phone and email in a hybrid work environment. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center. This position is hourly, and the starting pay rate is $22.50/hour with eligibility for a afternoon shift premium of $1.50/hr where applicable (DC roles only), and eligibility for an incentive target of $1,200 which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide exceptional customer service by phone and email in an inbound call center office environment and will report to a Customer Service Center Supervisor. Our team members are expected to be active participants in a workplace that promotes accountability, coaching, and teamwork to achieve the goals of our business, team members, and customers with high efficiency. You’ll enjoy a flexible 8-hour shift options scheduled between 6:00AM to 6:00PM MST Monday to Friday. Following the 8‑week training period and three months of tenure, your schedule will shift to a hybrid model—three days onsite and two days remote. The position begins on April 20.
