Le représentant du service à la clientèle – Télétravail (finances, bilingue anglais/français) travaille à domicile et communique avec les clients par appels entrants et sortants et/ou par Internet. Ce poste offre un soutien au service à la clientèle et la résolution des problèmes courants et des questions concernant les produits et/ou services des clients. (Nous acceptons les candidatures pour ce poste en continu. Les anciens combattants sont encouragés à postuler.)

The Customer Service Rep – Remote (Financial, Bilingual: English / French) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client’s products and/or services. (We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Aider les clients à résoudre les problèmes techniques de base
  • Suivre, documenter et récupérer des renseignements dans les bases de données
