Our LLOYDMINSTER BRANCH has an exciting opportunity for a PARTS TECHNICIAN to join our team!
What You Will Do:

The Customer Service Rep (Parts Technician) is a customer‑forward role that serves customers in person and on the phone, helping them select and purchase heavy‑duty parts and equipment. You will work with your branch team members to deliver a high‑quality customer experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks:

  • Provide product knowledge and expertise in selling aftermarket heavy‑duty parts to optimize each transaction for customers and build long‑lasting customer relationships
  • Source parts from other branches or vendors as needed
  • Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product catalogues, and features
  • Assist with cash and/or national accounts
  • Ensure consistent attendance and adherence to assigned work hours
  • Follow company procedures for sales pricing, processing approved credits, invoicing, and freight billing for customers and/or product defects
  • Perform all duties per established safe work procedures and practices, including the use of PPE
  • Operate all equipment safely and complete required training to ensure proper use and workplace safety
  • Complete online training as needed and champion brand lines or products
  • Follow supervisor instructions in accordance with company procedures
  • Support annual inventory count processes
  • May determine sales price for customers for each sale and handle warranty or defective parts per company procedure
  • May operate a forklift within the branch
  • May be assigned special projects
  • Other duties as assigned
What We Require:
  • 1-5 years of experience selling heavy‑duty parts, or a similar industry preferred, combined with a high school diploma or other equivalency certificate
  • Completion of a parts technician trades program is preferred but not required
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements: Able to lift parts upwards of 50‑75 lbs., use ladders at varying heights, and frequently walk in a large warehouse
  • Proficiency with multiple languages (Hindi, Punjabi or Urdu) is preferred but not required
  • Occasionally required to work weekends, on call shifts, and overtime to meet business demands
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other standard office equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal
  • Team‑oriented, adaptable, with a commitment to safety excellence
