Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner (in person, over the phone, and by email)
  • Schedule service calls and coordinate with technicians
  • Support bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and filing
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable and payroll preparation
  • Help maintain accurate financial and administrative records
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and timely payments
  • Provide general office support and organization
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using computers; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is an asset
  • Some exposure to bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration is helpful but not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate
