A transportation service provider in Victoria is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Representative for seasonal employment. Are you a strong teamplayer committed to delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for new team members to join our dynamic Customer Service Team. As a first point of contact to the public, you respond to customer telephone enquiries and requests, book, cancel and modify travel for our customers, and provide professional and timely information and assistance regarding all aspects of BC Ferries' operations.
In this role, you work full-time in a call centre environment and are available for various shifts (mornings, days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on call) across our hours of operation (6am-10pm Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm on weekends).
We provide an intensive 6-week training program with pay, which requires you to be present every day of training. There will be 2 training classes available – March 2 and April 27

Note: Please submit your application early as classes can fill up quickly. Candidates who are shortlisted will be scheduled for interviews on January 26 for the March 2 class, or February 20 for the April 27 class.
