About the role: Customer Fulfillment Associate

To pick and pack online grocery delivery orders ensuring a high quality standard and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction. You will efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.

Your responsibilities include packing orders with attention to detail—distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, correct product codes—ensuring the highest quality selection. You will document and label all orders correctly, optimize tote fill while maintaining product quality standards, balance fulfillment duties with customer interaction, and adhere strictly to safety and food hygiene protocols. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate flexibility to meet daily delivery schedules.

Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.00/hour. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
