As part of Gallagher’s Animal Management division, eShepherd is leading the charge in smart farming tech, redefining how livestock is managed. eShepherd is our breakthrough virtual fencing solution that enables ranchers and farmers to monitor, move, and manage cattle from anywhere. Using GPS-enabled, solar-powered neckbands, producers can draw digital fence lines on their phone, transforming land use, reducing labor, and improving environmental and animal welfare outcomes. This is innovation with real-world impact on productivity, profitability, and sustainability. We need a Customer Engagement Representative who’s ready to connect with US ranchers and farmers, champion this technology, and make it happen.
This is a hands-on, customer-first role at the heart of launching eShepherd across the United States. You’ll tap into our CRM to uncover leads, spark conversations, and build meaningful relationships with producers who’ll benefit most from our innovation.
As the face of eShepherd, you’ll turn qualified leads into loyal customers — bridging cutting-edge tech with real-world impact. Your days will be filled with proactive outreach, strategic follow-ups, and conversations that inspire confidence and drive adoption.
You’ll be at the forefront of customer engagement — leveraging provided leads and uncovering new ones through conversations, Gallagher’s network, online research, and industry events. Using our CRM (SAP), you’ll qualify prospects, build strong relationships, and guide them through the journey from first contact to signed contract.
