Job description

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team.

Specific Responsibilities:
  1. Receive, analyze, and process service requests.
  2. Ensure rigorous follow-up of each request for parts and/or services.
  3. Validate and control the execution of work performed by technicians when a request requires intervention.
  4. Respond to customers’ phone inquiries about our various products.
  5. Provide status updates on service calls to our customers.
  6. Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements:
  • A completed post-secondary education diploma;
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service;
  • Experience in an after-sales service department is an asset;
  • Computer literacy to use the Office suite;
  • Bilingualism is mandatory, both spoken and written.

  • Excellent teamwork skills;
  • Highly developed planning and organizational skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to effectively manage priorities;
  • Good sense of autonomy and meticulousness;
