They supply cutting-edge technology and management services to thousands of organizations in the healthcare, municipal, commercial, institutional, and private sectors.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, making them a vital part of our customer support team.

Location: Jackson Square – First Real Properties - Hamilton, ON

Employment: Full-time

Compensation:$17.20 per hour

Job Responsibilities / Duties:

Maintain clean work environment in garages and parking lots

Assist visitors at entries, exits, and pay stations

Judgement calls when needed

Adequate notice when booking days off

Uniform worn at all times – safety vest, no hats, white shirt, black pants

Report parking equipment issues and safety concerns to manager

Provide friendly and courteous customer service

Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills, written and oral

Problem solving skills and decision-making skills as needed

Organized work habits

Work with minimal supervision

Basic knowledge of POS

Work in fast paced environment

Flexibility for all shifts
