The Customer Analytics Manager (CAM) for LCL Enterprise provides insights & analytics and develops business recommendations for a specific customer account, taking into consideration Colgate Palmolive’s strategies and the customer’s business priorities/challenges. They will be responsible for driving category growth for both the Customer and Colgate.
In addition, the CAM will take on additional customer facing responsibilities, such as direct selling to a subset of the retailer banners and/or specific business areas (e.g. Trial & Travel, E‑commerce). They will work closely with Customer Managers to develop and present stories to customers.
This role is based out of our Toronto office and is expected to work in office 4x week.
