The Nanaimo Law Courts team is a dedicated group of 24 professionals providing essential registry and in‑court services to support the justice system. As part of an established team, you’ll collaborate with justice partners to ensure accurate case documentation, adjudication support, and seamless court operations. This team plays a critical role in promoting access to justice through its commitment to efficiency, fairness, and service excellence. As a Court Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the justice system by providing court services and administrative support within the Registry. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing court documents, recording proceedings, and ensuring accurate case file management. This role requires strong attention to detail and collaboration with judges, lawyers, justice partners, and the public. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace where diverse perspectives and experiences are valued, ensuring equitable access to justice for all.
