Job Summary

As a Crew Member you'll deliver excellent customer service by taking orders and processing transactions while preparing ingredients and cooking menu items. Job Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers, take their orders, and accurately process cash and credit transactions with a friendly demeanor.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Prepare ingredients and assemble items for cooking, operating kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens) to cook menu items in line with company standards and recipes.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared and served to the highest quality standards, tasting and adjusting seasoning as needed.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, including proper food storage and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
  • Assist with inventory management by receiving and organizing stock while checking for freshness and proper rotation.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment and comply with health regulations.
  • Consider yourself a “people person,” and enjoy meeting others.
  • Love working as a team and appreciate the chance to collaborate.
