We are seeking an accomplished Creative Director with a proven track record of delivering exceptional, high-quality games. This individual will lead and inspire our teams, clearly articulate the project's creative vision, and ensure all game development aligns consistently with that vision. While not a managerial role, this position requires influential leadership across all disciplines, driving the pursuit of quality within established limitations and expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Clearly communicate and champion the game's creative vision across all levels of the organization.
  • Provide decisive leadership to keep the development team inspired, cohesive, and consistently aligned with project goals.
  • Oversee creative consistency across game mechanics, narrative, visual style, and player experience.
  • Act as a persuasive advocate and "natural salesperson," effectively pitching ideas internally and externally.
  • Employ strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills to unify teams and stakeholders.
  • Continuously track and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and ensure commercial viability.
  • Hold ultimate accountability for the quality of titles, navigating within the project's scope, constraints, and expectations.
  • Interface with clients, both internal and external, when talking about the complete game experience and any associated brands.
