A leading consulting engineering firm is seeking a Country Manager in Montreal, Canada. This role involves driving sales, building a Canadian team, and establishing authority in mineral processing. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in mineral processing and a strong network in the eastern Canadian mining market. This is a great opportunity for someone aspiring to a senior leadership role within a global firm.
Agency are supporting an international consulting engineering and manufacturing business as they continue their global expansion throughout Canada. As the first Canadian hire, this position will establish the business as the leading authority on fine mineral separation and processing across a range of base and precious metals. In this role the Country Manager will also provide leadership as a global subject matter expert on physical separation and drive the sales of both equipment and engineering services. The position will form an integral part of the business development team, and work closely with both the metallurgical services and project engineering teams.

To lead the development of the Canadian team the suitable candidate must have 10+ years of experience in mineral processing, ideally with some experience in both project and business development. You will be a strong leader, with a growth mindset and capable of forming part of a growing global team. Ideally you will have a strong network with the eastern Canadian mining market, specifically iron ore processing. Most importantly youll be able to build a clear picture of how the business can help new and existing clients make their processing operations more efficient and effective.
As the first Canadian hire for the business, the North American group are looking to build a team around this person that will encompass products, processing and warehousing.
