As a Corporate Paralegal on their collaborative team, you’ll provide crucial support with hands-on drafting, document preparation, and experience with multi-jurisdiction amendments/transactions is ideal. We are looking for a candidate with senior-level corporate paralegal expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting documents and transactions related to Cores 3 tasks.
  • Experience with multi-jurisdiction amendments.
  • Responsiveness to daily inquiries from counsel and clients.
  • Assisting Lawyers/Paralegals in transactions as needed.

  • Possesses excellent research and analytical skills, exercising good judgment, accuracy, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to work independently as well as within a team environment.

Key Qualifications and Education:

  • Diploma in paralegal studies or equivalent, and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a paralegal role.
  • Minimum CORES Level 3 accreditation required.
