Your role
  • As a Legal Assistant, you will provide support to the legal department. Your responsibilities will be varied and include:
  • Write, edit and format legal administrative letters and documents
  • Coordination, preparation and correction of various documents (correspondence, service offers, presentations, reports, etc.)
  • Produce and transmit various documents to the relevant authorities
  • Coordination of meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Take notes during various meetings
Qualifications / Skills
  • Legal background or other relevant education / experience combination
  • Good level of bilingualism in French and English, written and spoken
  • Mastery of the MS Office suite
  • Good priority management and organization
  • Rigor, attention to detail and proactivity
  • Sense of discretion and autonomy
