As a Conversational AI Designer, you will craft natural and engaging voice interactions for customer-facing applications, including IVR and virtual agents. You will design conversation flows that are intuitive, human‑like, and aligned with brand tone, working closely with analysts, developers, and clients. This role requires a deep understanding of spoken dialogue design, natural language understanding, and multi‑lingual conversation strategies.
