Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Southwestern Ontario is seeking a Controlling Lead to support operations through financial analysis and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and preferably hold a CPA designation. Responsibilities include managing costing updates, preparing inventory for audits, and assisting in budgeting and reporting processes. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of related work experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial data and developing reports.
  • Experience with inventory management and control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support operations by examining costing and inventory functions.
  • Manage standard costing updates and assist with ERP enhancements.
  • Prepare for annual physical inventory and improve accounting systems.
  • Assist with quarterly budgeting and automate reporting processes.
