  • Industry/ Organization Type: Metal & Structural Steel Engineering
  • Position Title: Contract Manager
  • Working Location: Woodlands
  • Working Hours: 5.25 Days, Mon - Fri (9am – 6pm), Alternate Sat (9am – 1pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in all matters related to contracts and commercial management.
  • Analyze cost estimates and tenders, oversee contract execution, and provide expert advice to project teams on contractual issues.
  • Handle tender submissions, contract variations, progress billing, and approval of payments to subcontractors.
  • Organize and compile all contractual documents and timelines, while assisting in cost estimation, technical specifications, quantity schedules, and other bidding components.
  • Handle resolution of contractual disputes across various projects, from initial tendering through to final completion.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs, develop pricing strategies, and submit competitive tenders.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with on-site project teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
