Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in a Continuous Improvement role in a lean manufacturing environment.
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma is an asset.
  • Experience with Excel Functions and VBA is required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Work on multiple projects related to operations, including Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
  • Collect and analyze data to implement sustainable improvements.
  • Lead training sessions for multiple teams including Production and Quality.
  • Ensure a safe working environment is maintained.
