A global aerospace company in Kitchener is seeking a Continuous Improvement / Health & Safety Specialist to drive operational excellence and ensure health and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have a background in Engineering or related fields with 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing. This position involves analyzing performance metrics, leading health and safety initiatives, and supporting the implementation of process improvements.

The Continuous Improvement / Health & Safety Specialist is responsible for advancing operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, driving health and safety compliance and culture, and supporting the implementation of the Magellan Operating System (MOS).
This position reports to the CI & EHS Manager, and works collaboratively with all departments to assist in implementing strategic improvements and ensure compliance with all relevant standards, certifications, and government regulations.
Continuous Improvement (50%)

The physical requirements of this job are minimal. The daily routine will entail sitting at a desk, general walking to and from meetings and conducting regular floor walks in the facility.
