What We Do

The Content Program Manager is responsible for driving organic awareness, acquisition, and adoption for our emerging lines of business. As a member of the Content Marketing team, they will help in developing and implementing existing strategic plans that successfully contribute to our lead generation targets. Using a digital‑first approach and a customer‑centric view, they create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our defined customer segments and strategically nurture leads throughout the customer journey.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Develop, in collaboration with external agency, content that supports all lines of business.
  • Develop purposeful, data‑driven content based on market and consumer trends, research, and analysis to engage relevant audiences and help drive organic search traffic.
  • Manage and collaborate with contracted writers through briefs to develop keyword‑and‑Generative AI‑targeted content.
  • Support integrated marketing programs for new and existing clients, including onboarding, cross‑selling, retention, and platform adoption programs to drive KPIs such as sign‑ups, account openings, downloads, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand standards.
What You Will Bring
  • Ensure compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Experience creating tailored and engaging content in a variety of formats and styles to convert audiences.
  • Fundamental understanding of levers across acquisition and lifecycle marketing. Fundamental understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), including best practices and tools for content.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest and foundational understanding of generative AI tools and agentic applications for content creation and content optimization.
  • Ability to autonomously manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, changing focus and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure operational compliance in a highly regulated environment with minimal supervision and edits required to meet compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with content management platforms (experience with Adobe Experience Manager is an asset).
What We’re Looking For
  • University degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English) or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience gained in a marketing or communications function.
  • Experience working within the asset management industry or similar financial services organization would be an asset.
