A municipal government in Ontario is seeking a Consultant for Organizational Effectiveness to lead corporate initiatives including engagement surveys and change management strategies. The ideal candidate will have relevant HR qualifications, experience in strategic workforce planning, and effective communication skills. This is a temporary position for up to 18 months with a salary range of $89,464 to $119,286 annually.

The overall purpose of the Organizational Effectiveness Consultant is to drive corporate wide organizational effectiveness initiatives. This is accomplished by supporting key City strategic initiatives such as the City’s Leader Succession Planning Program; Employee Listening Strategy (including the delivery of the City’s employee engagement survey); Strategic Workforce Planning Process; change management principles, HR Communication protocols and guidelines and other related OE functions.
Hourly Rate/Salary: $89,464.00 - $119,286.00
