Qualifications

About the team

Deloitte's Cyber Security practice advises organizations on reducing vulnerabilities, mitigating risks, and making informed security decisions. Our environment is driven by intellectually curious, ambitious, and results-oriented professionals, including world-class security and privacy experts. Our IAM offering focuses on secure identity and access management solutions using leading-edge technologies.

What will your typical day look like?
  • Assess, design, and implement workforce and customer IAM solutions, processes, and models to address risks in identity governance, Privileged Access Management, and Access Management.
  • Work on projects involving technologies like SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, and others.
  • Conduct workshops to evaluate IAM processes, develop gap analyses, and recommend improvements.
  • Support RFP responses from Canadian clients seeking to enhance their IAM capabilities.
  • Demonstrate project management skills, plan objectives, mitigate risks, promote teamwork, and utilize technology and tools effectively.
About you

You have:

  • At least 4 years of cybersecurity experience, including developing and implementing IAM solutions in areas like IGA, PAM, AM, or CIAM.
  • Experience in consulting projects related to IAM, including implementation and delivery.
  • Knowledge of IAM vendor suites such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock, BeyondTrust, Microsoft Entra.
  • Understanding of security concepts like LDAP, RBAC, SSO, MFA, PKI.
  • Strong multitasking, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Enthusiasm for emerging fields like Digital Identity, Zero Trust, and GenAI.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA, and product-specific certifications are a plus.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
  • Experience with IAM in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, Azure.
Total Rewards

The salary range is $72,000 - $125,000, with potential bonuses. We offer comprehensive benefits, including mental health support, flexible spending, firm-wide closures, learning days, flexible work arrangements, and a hybrid model.
