A leading Canadian retail company is seeking a Consultant, eCommerce Digital Merchandising to optimize online shopping experiences. You will manage content in Adobe Experience Manager and analyze performance metrics to enhance customer engagement. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in digital merchandising and strong analytical skills, with a commitment to delivering a customer-centric approach.
Note: This role has 6 openings across our Automotive, Home Tools, Seasonal & Gardening, Home Living, and eCommerce Strategy lines of business.
The Consultant, eCommerce Digital Merchandising is responsible for executing and optimizing digital merchandising across our eCommerce website to deliver engaging, conversion-focused, and customer-centric shopping experiences. This role combines hands-on merchandising in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Target with analytics-driven decision-making to continually improve content placement, navigation, product presentation, and promotional execution.
Working closely with the Digital Merchandising Operations, Merchandising, UX, Marketing, and Analytics teams, the Consultant ensures that product stories, seasonal campaigns, and curated content are delivered seamlessly to the customer while meeting commercial goals and business objectives. You will help run the day-to-day operations of the Digital (eCommerce) Merchandising team at Canadian Tire Retail to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The Digital Merchandising team is responsible for driving eCommerce and brick-and-mortar sales by working collaboratively across the organization to execute a strong digital strategy that prioritizes the customer and drives results for the business.
