An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Integrated Breast Services at the University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust for a Breast Consultant Radiologist. The duties of this role will be based at the Park Centre for Breast Care.
The role will be a full time 10PA post with the opportunity to cover all aspects of the breast screening and breast imaging services. This includes breast screening reporting, screening assessment clinics, one stop 2WW rule clinics, ultrasound and interventional lists and depending on experience MRI and cross sectional reporting.
The successful candidate will join a busy Integrated Breast Service, providing breast screening to a population of over 125,000 women, receiving over 8,000 GP referrals and treating around 1,000 new breast cancers.
Digital equipment including tomosynthesis and VAB/E are available at Brighton.
