This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with 3–7 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a related field. As a Consultant, you will play a critical role in facilitating the delivery of client projects by analyzing business impacts, identifying opportunities, and driving actionable solutions. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, contributing to diverse areas such as stakeholder engagement, business process improvement, training delivery, and organizational change management.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and thrives in solving complex problems while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. They bring strong client‑facing skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
This is a full‑time, in‑office, non‑remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
