Responsabilités
Contrats
- Accompagnerleséquipescommercialesdanslanégociation,larédactionetlarevuedescontratsB2B,notamment:contratsSaaS/licenceslogicielles;contratscadres,accordsdeservices,partenariats;clausesdata,sécurité,responsabilité,SLA,conformité.
- Contribueràladéfinitiondelapolitiquecontractuelle,àlastandardisationetàl’optimisationdeladocumentationcontractuelle.
Opérations
- Travaillerenétroitecollaborationavecleséquipesopérationsetproduitsafindegarantirledéveloppementdeproduitsconformesauxréglementationsinternationalesetassurerlerespectdudroitdelaconsommation,notammentdansunenvironnementencorefortementB2C.
- Anticiperlesrisquesjuridiquesliésauxévolutionsdesproduits.
Litiges
- Géreretcoordonnerleslitigescommerciaux,consommateursetIT,enlienaveclesconseilsexternes.
- Participeràladéfinitiondelastratégiecontentieuseetàlapréventiondesrisques.
Qualifications
- Diplômesupérieurendroit(Master/LL.M.ouéquivalent).
- 7à10ansd’expérienceminimumentantqu’avocatouconseillerjuridiqueenentrepriseouencabinet,idéalementdansl’éditiondelogiciels,leSaaSoulesnouvellestechnologiesetdansunenvironnementinternational.

Job Summary
Reporting to the legal department, they play a key, cross-functional role at the heart of commercial, operational, and compliance issues. The role requires a thorough understanding of the legal frameworks relating to data protection and business operations, particularly in the software industry. This position is crucial for protecting the company\'s legal interests while facilitating smooth business transactions.
Responsibilities
Contracts
- Support sales teams in the negotiation, drafting, and review of B2B contracts, in particular: SaaS/software license agreements; master agreements, service agreements, and partnerships; data protection, security, liability, SLA, and compliance clauses.
- Contribute to the definition of the company’s contractual policy, as well as to the standardization and optimization of contractual documentation.
Operations
- Work closely with operations and product teams to ensure product development complies with international regulations and to ensure compliance with consumer protection laws, particularly in an environment that remains strongly B2C.
- Anticipate legal risks related to product developments and evolutions.
Litigation
- Manage and coordinate commercial, consumer, and IT-related disputes, in collaboration with external counsel.
- Contribute to defining litigation strategy and risk prevention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Advanced law degree (Master’s, LL.M., or equivalent).
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience as a lawyer or in-house legal counsel, ideally in software publishing, SaaS, or new technologies sector, and with an international environment.
- Strong experience in new technologies law and commercial contracts.
