Job Description

Turn up the heat with a great side hustle nights and weekends! Join us as a Concessions Cook in an exciting atmosphere at the Lenovo Center.

Average shift pay $100~ for a 5.5–6‑hour shift (Hourly Plus Tip Pool).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of the menu within a given stand/kiosk.
• Inventory product and prepare it according to management and health guidelines.
• Clean the equipment and cooking area.
• Train and support other staff.
• Perform duties to accomplish the delivery of the concessions menu.
• Prepare and cook designated concessions (fast‑food) menu items in the assigned stand.
• Replenish station with necessary food items.
• Follow directions for menu item preparation.
• Conduct nightly clean‑up duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; walk, reach, stand, bend, and stoop for long periods.
• Ability to work in a mentally and physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Must report to work by 4:30 PM on weekdays.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Experience cooking or prepping in a fast‑food or restaurant environment.
