Qualifications

  • $80-100 / hour – Competitive rate (includes travel time, report writing, and treatment sessions).

  • Collaborative Team – Join a close-knit, multidisciplinary group including OTs, PTs, Kinesiologists, Psychologists, Rehab Assistants, and more.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities
  • Assess clients in their homes, workplaces, and community settings.
  • Develop individualized rehab plans and recommend adaptive equipment.
  • Collaborate with clients experiencing physical, brain injury, or mental health conditions.
  • Provide education and strategies for ADLs, functional mobility, and community re-engagement.
  • Prepare and submit clinical reports to insurers, government programs, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
  • Current registration (or eligibility) with the College of Occupational Therapists of BC (COTBC).
  • Experience supporting individuals with physical injury, brain injury, or mental health conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage flexible caseloads.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
