We are seeking an RPN for Community and Long Term/Retirement clients in Gravenhurst. The shifts will vary. This assignment requires experience of 2+ years.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and reassessments
  • Utilize medical technology and equipment such as G-tube, ventilator, and trach
  • Provide medication support and administration
  • Complete reports and document care notes regularly
  • Communicate with family and supervisors about any changes in client care
  • Meet the Standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario at all times
  • All other duties, as assigned
Key qualifications
  • Current CNO (College of Nurses of Ontario) registration and in good standing
  • Valid First Aid/CPR certificate
  • Completion of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 6 months
  • Experience with pediatric G-tube, ventilator, and trach is an asset
  • Must have a current license and reliable vehicle
