Qualifications

• 6 months of maintenance experience preferred in housing industry.
• 6 months of snow removal experience preferred.
• General knowledge of plumbing and electrical.
• Ability to work outdoors in various temperatures.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance for properties.
• Conduct home and building maintenance repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of grounds and facilities.
• Ensure community streets and access routes are safe.
• Conduct inspections of playground and pool areas.
